The dough, the spit and the registered shape, taught the way we bake it in Prague. A licence is the only way to bake it under the name.

2016
The cone
A customer suggests ice cream in the chimney cake. The photos go around the world within a weekend.

Under licence abroad
Good Food cones were baked under licence in Dubai, Bahrain and Romania.
2026
The gelato counter
Gelatologist opens its counter inside the shop. The licence becomes GF, Gelato & Friends.
